GUELPH – Two male strangers were arrested and charged following an alleged sexual romp at an establishment here last week.
On Aug. 3 at about 6:40pm, Guelph Police Service was called to a business in the downtown core.
“Two 16-year-old females advised they had been seated on the patio when the males began performing sex acts at another table approximately 12 feet away,” police stated in an Aug. 4 press release. “The teens went inside and alerted staff.”
A 35-year-old Guelph man and a 74-year-old Guelph man, who police say had not met prior to the incident, were charged with committing an indecent act. They are to appear in Guelph court on Nov. 16.
