DRAYTON – The Rotary Club of Drayton is partnering with the Mapleton Farmers Market this year.
A monthly Monday night market is set for 5 to 8pm on June 3, Aug. 5 and Sept. 2 in the Drayton Municipal parking lot at 14 Main St. W.
On July 1 the market will take place at the Fairgrounds.
The market includes 19 vendors, live music, food booths, and a Rotary Club 50/50 draw.
Mapleton recreation manager Amy Grose said “we are really excited” about the Rotary partnership, and called the market a “small little event that’s happening on a monthly basis right here in Mapleton.”
Councilor Amanda Reid said the market vendors are awesome and “seem to be coming from further away.
“I’ve seen the vendor spotlight, and they’re great,” she said.
