Maple syrup museum open in Hillsburgh

HILLSBURGH – Elliott Tree Farm owner Derek Elliott holding his bottle of pure maple syrup on May 19. Originally located in St. Jacobs, the Maple Syrup Museum of Ontario has found a new home at the Elliott Tree Farm in Hillsburgh, which includes a maple production facility and 200+ year old sugar maples.

The museum is open every weekend where visitors can learn about the cultural and historical significance of Ontario’s maple syrup production. Elliott Tree Farm also offers seasonal maple syrup experiences and other activities.
