Two individuals found in a motel room with the man charged in the hit-and-run death of Grace Glofcheskie now face several charges themselves – though none associated with the death of the University of Guelph graduate.
On Dec. 15, Guelph Police went to a motel in the north end of the city to arrest a 21-year-old Guelph man in connection with Glofcheskie’s death.
Two other individuals were found in the motel room at the time and police have laid several charges against them.
A 30-year-old Elmira woman was charged with breaching an undertaking.
A 35-year-old Guelph male was charged with possession of stolen property (under $5,000), possession of break-in instruments, breach of probations, two counts of possession of credit card data and seven counts of possession of identity documents.
The Guelph man charged in connection with Glofcheskie’s death was also charged with possession of a controlled substance.
He was originally charged with: break, enter and theft; possession of property obtained by crime (over $5,000); criminal negligence causing death; dangerous driving causing death; flight from police causing death; and breach of probation.
