PERTH-WELLINGTON - The race to replace Perth-Wellington MPP Randy Pettapiece in the next provincial election is under way both within and outside his Progressive Conservative party.

Drive-thru parade – Mount Forest held a drive-thru Santa Claus Parade on the evening of Dec. 3 and there was a great turnout for the event, held in the parking lot of Mount Forest Victory Church.

WELLINGTON NORTH – Wellington County OPP here have identified the driver involved in a fatal single-vehicle collision as 22-year-old Meagan Janelle Byers of Mount Forest and are continuing to investigate what led to the collision.

WELLINGTON NORTH – One person is dead after a vehicle left the road, flipped over and came to rest in a body of water here on Monday.
