GUELPH - Lengthy offload delays experienced at Guelph General Hospital (GGH) by Guelph-Wellington Paramedic Service (GWPS) crews declined in past months from last year’s strained highs.

GUELPH - David Halliburton was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison, and Anastasia Halliburton was sentenced to six-months of house arrest on Sept. 26, in relation to the hit-and-run death of Lucas Shortreed almost 15 years ago.
