PUSLINCH – Township staff and the heritage advisory committee have identified 19 historic properties in Puslinch they hope to have designated this year.

PUSLINCH – While other municipalities in Wellington County are planning for more housing and possibly expanding their urban boundaries, Puslinch Township hopes to add more industry to its tax base.

PUSLINCH – The township has launched its annual community engagement survey on the township’s 2024 proposed budget on EngagePuslinch.ca.

GUELPH – The Children’s Foundation of Guelph and Wellington’s Trees for Tots fundraiser gives trees a second life while raising funds for important programming. 

PUSLINCH – By shifting some funds from reserves to the operating budget, council managed to reduce the proposed $23,354 base budget increase to $16,854, resulting in a 4.89% increase to taxpayers.

ABERFOYLE – Puslinch councillors have voiced regret about their decision to reduce the budgeted amount for 2024 community grants.

ARKELL – With Santa and his reindeer perched upon the roof, snowmen and nutcrackers standing tall, and Charlie Brown, Snoopy and Woodstock playing on the lawn, this Christmas light display is a sight to behold. 

PUSLINCH – Councillors here had a face-to-face conversation with OPP brass on Nov. 29, during which they hammered home concerns about speeding, speed limits, and the need for more traffic enforcement in the township.

GUELPH – Wellington County council is prepared to provide financial support for physician recruitment efforts by the Guelph Wellington Ontario Health Team (GWOHT).
