GUELPH – Palmerston resident Michael Hurst returned to Guelph Superior Court on Jan. 19 as lawyers made sentencing submissions to Justice Gordon Lemon in Hurst's third sexual assault trial. The crown and defence have suggested prison sentences of seven and four years, respectively.
