FERGUS – The last performance of Elora Community Theatre’s production of Jane Austin’s classic tale, Pride and Prejudice, took place on May 12 at the Fergus Grand Theatre. It’s a shame. A production of its quality could withstand a much longer run.

Motorcyclist airlifted to hospital after crash
CENTRE WELLINGTON – The operator of a motor cycle was transported to hospital after a serious crash here on Thursday. Wellington County OPP officials say emergency crews were called to the scene, on Wellington Road 21 west of Elora, on May 16 at about 8pm.
