ELORA – Portage is a non-profit organization that has supported tens of thousands of people with addiction services since 1973. The Elora location opened in 1985. It offers residential, voluntary addiction rehabilitation, free of charge, to youth from across Ontario. 

ELORA – Stirling Marathon has completed construction of the 50,000 square-foot addition it added to its manufacturing plant in Elora and expects to have it fully operational within the year. And when that happens, the family-owned business will be ready to hire.

ELORA – The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) is providing close to $700,000 in its latest payment to Centre Wellington for hosting Elements Casino Grand River in Elora.

Mayhem – Ice makers working under the tutelage of chief ice maker Andy Maine at the Fergus Curling Club got together for the Ice Makers Mayhem Bonspiel on April 14 and 15.

Donation – Claire and Greg Real Estate Group and Jenn Locke Mortgages, with the help of Centre Wellington businesses and the community, raised $1,162 plus multiple bags of food for the Centre Wellington Food Bank with the #CWGolden Egg Event again this year.
