Demolition approved for heritage building in Elora
ELORA – Centre Wellington council has approved the demolition of a heritage building at 19 Mill Street East here. The property is also the site of a proposal from Oxford Green Riverside Developments for a five-storey building with ground level commercial units and 18 condo units above.
Centre Wellington council reconsiders removal of Middlebrook Bridge
ELORA – The demolition of the Middlebrook Place Bridge is now being reconsidered. A motion to reconsider the removal of the bridge – previously slated for removal in 2028 – was discussed by Centre Wellington council on July 31.

CENTRE WELLINGTON – A Quad City Challenger II ultralight aircraft has been removed from Belwood Lake after the aircraft and a pilot crash-landed into the lake on the evening of July 24.
