CENTRE WELLINGTON – The Centre Wellington Food Bank is sending a huge thank you to Matthew Nightingale, a local artist who made Christmas cards and sold them to benefit the food bank.
Fred Aleksandrowicz, manager, wrote in an email that with his talent and selflessness, Nightingale created beautiful cards and raised $900 for the organization.
“Thank you, Matthew, for your talent, creativity and your compassion for helping us provide many families within our community the experience of a joyful and happy Christmas,” Aleksandrowicz wrote.
