Nearly 30 students are enrolled in the Little Rocks program at the Fergus Curling Club. On March 3 there was an in-house bonspiel, with 24 players turning out. Club members Chris and Dawna Laitar dedicated the spiel to their son Jacob, who started it in 2013. Jacob played in the Little Rock and Junior programs in the Fergus Club. He is now in university in Sudbury, and an electronic hookup was made to sing Happy Birthday to him.
