Lions Club Canada Dog Guide donation

Donation –  Wayne Pitman Ford Lincoln in Guelph made a $1,320 donation to the Lions Club Canada Dog Guide program, which trains dogs to assist people who are hearing and sight impaired or suffer from diabetes and seizures. The dogs, like Otis, help their owners cope with challenges. Otis is a sight impaired guide dog owned by Lion Larry Wainright. The donation was received by, from left: Lions District governor Denis Vinette, District Lions Foundation chair Charlene Teasdale and Belwood Lions president Gord Hufnagel. It was made by Jackie Giesler, dealership service department administrator, and Ged Smyth, Wayne Pitman marketing manager.       photo Kris Svela
