Dear Editor:
RE: Retribution divine, Aug. 22.
I was lucky enough to see Natalie MacMaster once again at the Gambrel Barn during the Elora Festival and delighted to finally see her cousin, Ashley MacIsaac, at the Fergus Scottish Festival (although I could mention that the “cunningly devised machines” could have been toned down a bit, because Ashley could easily fill that huge field with the sound of his fiddle).
But before any music lovers take Stephen Barrett’s letter to heart, I must say that I laughed out loud when I read it. You have to give him credit for having talents of a different sort.
Christy Doraty,
Fergus
