Dear Editor:
RE: A photo and cutline in a recent Arts section of the Advertiser (Connections Fibre Artists open exhibit at museum, Sept. 26).
In the note under your photo of my piece, you stated that I was the organizer of the exhibit Re: Fashion.
In fact that was Ralph Beney, a member of Connections Fibre Artists. Each of us chose from the museum’s collection a wearable artifact, and used it as inspiration for a piece of art.
Both are on display. Since they really belong to the residents of Wellington County, I hope all ages will go to see the beautiful beaded dresses, undergarments, shoes, fans, and in my case, a Fergus hockey uniform donated by a Walser family.
When the exhibit leaves the museum in January, it will travel to the Bruce County Museum in Southampton. Thank you very much for your interest.
Elizabeth Litch,
Elora
