I am not asking for this to be publiched! I am thanking you for taking them time to include in your paper the story about Janet Wilson author and illustrator. In your article you also included FIRST NATION COMMUNITY READS as well as our 2012-2013 selection. I am a First Nation Librarian and I am presently serving as a juror on this committee. It just makes my heart soar when someone takes the time to talk about us, as we are grass roots and we feel that our jurors are giving soemthing back to the authors that are or write about our culture and heritage. It is infact quite a difficult job and very time consuming but the end result is one that each juror feels so proud of. Again thank you.
