Dear Editor
Once again the Fergus Highland games were spectacular. The uniforms, tartans, games, music, dancing and food were great. It makes one really proud to have a Celtic ancestry. The only thing to complain about and complain I will, were the lack of volunteers to drive the disabled people from the ticket gate to the fields. People with walkers, canes, arthritis, heart problems, elderly, casts, braces, etc. were having a difficult time walking on the uneven ground carrying a lawn chair because they cannot climb the bleachers and an umbrella in case of rain. All the while a multitude of motorized carts sat idle with no drivers willing to help.
