WELLINGTON NORTH – Jammie Day for Hayden was a success on Oct. 20, raising over $10,300 for the Hayden’s Hope Foundation.
The event recognized the anniversary of Hayden Foulon’s death from Leukemia at the age of 7.
On Oct. 20 participants were encouraged to wear pyjamas for the entire day and make a $2 donation to the foundation, which raises money and awareness for families facing childhood cancer battles.
Hayden’s mother Lindsay Foulon, who was born and raised in Mount Forest, invited residents, schools and businesses in the area take part in the event.
