Join East Wellington Community Services’ certified instructor for a five-week course that will teach parents how to massage their baby with Swedish and Indian massage strokes, starting Sept. 9, at the Rockmosa Community Centre.
There will be discussion time so parents can learn, share experiences and support each other while having fun. Massage strokes are repeated and developed each week, so that by the end of the course parents will be able to give their baby/babies a full massage.
The program runs on Mondays, Sept. 9 to Oct. 7, from 1:30 to 3pm. To register and for more details contact Angela at 519-833-9696.
