GUELPH – Hospice Wellington is holding this year’s Handbags for Hospice event at the Delta Conference Centre in Guelph on Feb. 23.
“It will be an exciting night filled with amazing handbags, wonderful prizes, and fundraisers, all in support of Hospice Wellington,” organizers state.
Tickets are $95 per person and include a glass of champagne, hors d’ouvres and desserts, and a take home gift.
The option to purchase a table of 10 for the evening is also available on the website.
This year’s event will include the following elements:
– Handbag Silent Auction – the silent auction opens on the website in February for early bidding;
– Live Auction – prizes up for auction will be announced before the event, but all bidding will be done at the event;
– Fund-A-Need – the project will be announced later this month and organizers hope folks will consider offering extra financial support; and
– A Wine Wall, Mystery Purses gift card game, and a new, exciting five purses game.
Sabrina Pearson will host the evening and Auctionista Layne will facilitate the live auction and fund-a-need.
