Horse Day Erin a success

Horse Day – Chevy West was among the participants in the mini chuck wagon races at the Horse Day Erin event at the Erin Fairgrounds on May 27. Organizer Bridget Ryan from Equine Erin made sure the celebration offered something for visitors of all ages, including a side-saddle riding tutorial and a demonstration from a blacksmith. Activities also included a petting farm, the chance to meet a mermaid and unicorns, Pony Club relay races and a feature show with the Ontario Mounted Special Service Unit. Photos by Tristan Clark
