Holiday-themed candlelight concerts by Fever in Guelph

GUELPH – This holiday season Fever is bringing a Candlelight Christmas concert series to Guelph.

Throughout December, guests will be enchanted by beloved carols like Silent Night, We Wish You a Merry Christmas and Jingle Bells, alongside timeless Christmas soundtracks and selections from The Nutcracker.

All of this will be performed by a string quartet, illuminated by thousands of candles and adorned with festive holiday decorations.

The “Candlelight: Christmas Special” featuring The Nutcracker and more will begin on Dec. 20 at  7pm and Dec. 21 at 6:30pm.

The second program will be the “Candlelight: Christmas Classics” on Dec. 21 at 8:45pm.

Both programs will be performed at the Royal City Mission Church in Guelph.

Additionally, an official gift card is available for purchase, redeemable at any candlelight event across the Candlelight Concerts.

The Candleight Concerts are a series of original music concerts created by Fever aimed at democratizing the access to classical music.

This format represents a unique live musical experience through a varied offer of programs to meet all tastes, played by local musicians, in emblematic venues, with the space and performers illuminated by thousands of candles.

Candlelight invites a broader audience that might have never considered a classical music concert before to connect with the most iconic pieces of the greatest composers and listen to the top hits of well-known artists in a different way.
