GUELPH – Hillside Festival won “Small Festival of the Year” at the Canadian Live Music Industry Awards on June 4, as part of Canadian Music Week.
The awards celebrate ingenuity, perseverance, and excellence demonstrated by live music organizations over the 2023-24 year.
“It is an honour to receive national recognition for the quality of the artistic programming and the breadth of creative and community experiences we present for our audiences at Hillside Festival,” said executive director Kate Johnston.
The 41st annual Hillside Festival will take place July 19 to 21 on Guelph Lake Island in Guelph Lake Conservation Area.
