WELLINGTON COUNTY – The County of Wellington, in partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association of Waterloo-Wellington, is hosting an event to support workers’ mental health.
Participants will receive a complimentary lunch and hear from Mary Ann Banyton, a workplace relations specialist, who served as co-chair of the Technical Committee for the National Standard of Canada on Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace.
Banyton will discuss overcoming some common challenges workplaces face in fostering a psychologically safe culture.
The event will be held on Nov. 22 from noon to 2pm at The GrandWay Events Centre (Grand River Raceway), located at 7445 Wellington County Road 21 in Elora.
