Helping food banks – Harriston Foodland recently contributed $2,200 worth of gift cards to food banks in Clifford and Harriston. About $1,200 was raised through contributions from customers that were matched by the store. Another $1,000 was the result of the Harriston store winning a lottery among Sobey’s stores across Canada for a $1,000 contribution to their local food bank.
