On Sept. 24 at about 4:40pm emergency crews responded to a report of a man injured in a hang glider accident on the 1st Line here.
Police say the man was “taking off in a solo flight with his hang glider when the left wing clipped long grass resulting in a crash.”
He was transported to hospital with minor injuries.
