GUELPH – Brian Moore of Guelph is a millionaire thanks to a spur-of-the-moment decision to buy a Millionaire Multiplier ticket rather than a Lotto 6/49 ticket, which he usually does. When he realized he had won, “Astonishment washed over me. It was an amazing moment,” he stated in a press release. Moore added he plans to “step back from work” and travel a bit with his wife. The winning ticket was purchased at Little Short Stop on Willow Road in Guelph.
