GUELPH – A wide variety of workshops will be available at the Guelph Organic Conference, to be held Jan. 24-27 at the Guelph University Centre, 50 Stone Road East.
There will also be a trade show from Jan. 26-27.
Among the 40 workshops, topics are advanced organic cropping strategies, layer flock production, greenhouses, soil health and perennial vegetables.
The event attracts consumers, gardening enthusiasts, organic food growers, industry professionals, food brokers and retailers.
Organizers expect there to be 2,000 attendees from across Canada and the United States.
Admission to the trade show is free, but there are a variety of fees for workshops.
