The new Guelph Civic Museum is rolling out a welcome mat opening weekend, Feb. 24 to 26.
Officials are inviting everyone to open houses that include behind-the-scenes tours of collections storage areas at the 30,000 square food building.
The museum will be open on Feb. 24 from 5 to 9pm and Feb. 25 and 26 from 1 to 5pm. Admission is free on opening weekend. The museum, located at 52 Norfolk Street, offers free parking with overflow parking in the Church of Our Lady parking lot (off Cork Street) for grand opening weekend.
Regular admission is $4 for adults, $3 for seniors, students, and children, and $10/family.
