Guelph man succumbs to injuries from Aug. 20 crash

PUSLINCH – A Guelph man has died from injuries sustained in a serious two-vehicle crash here last week.

On Aug. 20 at about 7:50am, emergency crews responded to a collision between a silver sedan and a transport truck on Brock Road in Puslinch.

“A 20-year-old from Guelph was transported to a trauma centre with critical injuries,” stated a Wellington County OPP press release issued the day after the crash.

“The identity of the involved individuals will not be released due to the privacy of the families.”

In an Aug. 28 update police announced the Guelph man, the driver of the sedan, “has succumbed to [his] injuries.”
