Guelph Grizzlies Volleyball U-16 boys won a bronze medal at the Ontario Volleyball Championships.
The Ontario U-16 boys league has teams from as far away as North Bay and Ottawa.
The Ontario Championships are held over three weekends from April 10 to 26 and teams from across Ontario compete.
The three – three day tournaments were held at RIM Park in Waterloo. During the three weekends, over 9,500 participants showcased their talents on 28 courts in front of 27,000 spectators.
The Guelph Grizzlies is a rep volleyball organization, dedicated to providing an opportunity for youth to compete in the sport of Volleyball, continuously improving their skills and to help them realize their full potential; on and off the court.
There are currently Guelph Grizzlie volleyball teams for boys and girls from U-13 to U-18.
