Centre Wellington councillor Walt Visser calls the recent Green Legacy tree give away one of the best yet.
On May 13 the township gave away 4,700 trees.
Mayor Joanne Ross-Zuj said she’d heard similar good reports from across the county.
“It’s good News, and I’m glad there was a very good turnout.”
