On Sept. 13 at about 9:37am Wellington County OPP received a report of a break-in at an aggregate plant on Winston Churchill Boulevard here.
Police say sometime between Sept. 12 at 3:45pm and Sept. 13 at 9:30am unknown suspect/s entered the locked, fenced compound and forced entry into a locked office.
Numerous desk drawers were entered and the contents were strewn about. A bulldozer that was parked outside had the windows smashed.
