Granite Homes has broken ground on the Ussher’s Creek development in Ariss.
Located on Ariss Glen Drive near the corner of Wellington Roads 51 and 86, Ussher’s Creek features 15 estate lots of at least one acre in size.
The lots are surrounded by nature and have a direct connection to the Kissing Bridge Trailway.
Ariss Glen Golf Club is across the street and Fergus and Elora just a short drive for shopping and services.
Granite Homes has created six home designs with natural light, luxurious finishes and with expansive views of the countryside.
Natural stone and timber accents enhance the exterior designs while gourmet kitchens, spa-inspired ensuites and dramatic open concept living spaces are found on the interiors.
Each of the home designs may also be used as a starting point for homebuyers to create their dream home. Bungalow and two-storey plans are available ranging in size from 2,200 3,500 square feet, with prices starting in the mid $800,000s.

Homebuyers will work closely with an architectural designer and interior designer to customize their home.
Granite Homes’ brand new design studio opened on April 4 after almost two years of planning.
To assist with the strategic planning of the studio, Granite engaged Success Strategies, 16-time winner for best Design Centre in North America. Officials say the completed studio is expected to further improve the homebuyer experience by providing a high-end retail experience to select options for their new home.
