ELORA – The 2019 annual Giant Book Sale in support of the Elora Festival and Elora Singers will take place May 3 to 5 at the Elora Curling Club.
Over 70,000 used books, games, LPs, CDs, DVDs, sheet music and posters will be for sale and there will be free parking all weekend.
Hours of operations include:
– May 3 from 5pm to 9pm ($5 adult admission);
– May 4 from 9:30am to 5pm (free admission); and
– May 5, from 9:30am to 4pm (free admission).
Over 20 dedicated volunteers work year-round to sort, organise and price the 70,000 books for the sale.
This gently-used-book sale is one of the largest in Ontario and draws people from far and wide.
There are no restrictions on the number of books you can purchase, and with over 40 different categories there’s sure to be something for everyone.
All the proceeds of this charitable fundraiser go to the Elora Festival and Singers.
