The Wellington Catholic District School Board has announced the election of vice-chairman Marino Gazzola to his second consecutive term on the board of directors of the Ontario Catholic School Trustees Association.
That provincial organization is the official voice of all publicly elected Catholic trustees who govern the 29 Catholic School Districts in Ontario.
Gazzola will begin his second term as OCSTA concluded its annual general meeting in Toronto. During the past term, Gazzola serviced on the OCSTA standing committees of Catholic education, communications, and office management.
Gazzola has been a trustee with the local school board for 20 years.
During that time, he serviced as chairman for six consecutive terms and as vice-chairman for the past three terms.
