A Garden Day event is taking place here on June 16 at 11am to 2pm.
Visitors should meet at the Arthur cenotaph for a tour of the murals, historical discussion of flax growing and description of plants in public gardens.
Businesses will have gardening specials. Visitors can see private gardens, walk the public trails and enjoy the benefits of gardening.
