On Dec. 2, at 5pm the first full illumination of TransCanada Energy’s new visual screen and Halton Hills sign structure located between the new natural gas-fired power plant and Highway 401.
Permanent illumination is scheduled for next spring.
Project location is on the east side of the 6th Line, south of Steeles Avenue.
The 25-foot-high and 521-foot long screen structure viewed from Highway 401will offer a visually dramatic impact when illuminated.
Guelph’s KMA Contracting Inc. was selected by TransCanada Energy to build the project.
