The Mimosa United Church has announced its spring lineup for the 10th season of dinner lectures. Reverend Jeff Davison will lead us through a series of lectures on “Great Churches of the World.”
All lectures are held at the Mimosa United Church, 5980 Wellington Road 26. Full course dinner starts at 6:30pm and the lectures are from 7:30 to 8:30pm.
Free will offering please, contributions will go towards church functions and community.
– April 26: The Earliest Churches – church of the Holy Sepulchre;
– May 3: Hagia Sophia – cave churches of Cappadocia;
– May 10: The Mosque Cathedral of Cordoba – stave churches of Norway; and
– May 17 – La Sagrada Familia – Icelands’s Halgrimskirkja.
