Fergus Medieval Faire July 28

Hear ye, hear ye! The Fergus Medieval Faire is coming to downtown Fergus on July 28 from 11am to 6pm.

Events and activities will include: a medieval re-enactment group, archery and swordsmanship, knight fighting (youth), interactive armour display, a Viking encampment, falconry demonstration with live birds of prey display, traditional textile artist and artisan exhibit, iron forge, Steel and Steed Equestrian – medieval horse rides, puppet show and medieval crafts for kids and medieval fairy tale story telling.

Downtown businesses will provide their own events, promotions and specials. A town crier will roam the crowds and announce all business events taking place.  

Check out the welcome centre in front of the library and get a Medieval Faire passport to all the games, events and activities.
