FERGUS – Members of the Fergus Lions Club gathered at Reliable Ford on Dec. 14 to collect donated gift cards and toys that were delivered to Reliable Ford by community members over the past month as part of the Lions’ annual Christmas drive. Pictured are members of the Fergus Lions looking on, as treasurer Michael Fleming, left, presented Centre Wellington Food Bank manager Curt McQueen, beside him, with a donation cheque of $2,500 as well as the box containing the gift cards. Fergus Lions officials say they would like to thank Reliable Ford for once again partnering in this endeavour, as well as the generosity shown by residents of Centre Wellington, who made this gift of Christmas a reality.
