Royal Canadian Legion Branch 275 Fergus is proud to be the host for the 492 Lorne Scots Royal Canadian Army Cadet Corps which was launched in September, 2022 under the leadership of Captain Darren Storey and boasting 58 cadets. Presenting a startup cheque for $4,000 at the Legion’s Jan. 18 general meeting is President Brian Bielby (back left), Captain Storey, Poppy chair Randy Graham, (back right) and two cadets, Rachel Nijenhuis and Colten MacLeod-Carberry.
