On June 20 around 5:30pm, Wellington County OPP responded to a head-on collision between two SUVs on Highway 7, between Guelph and Rockwood.
Susan Jane Milson, 71, of Guelph was airlifted to a trauma centre but later succumbed to her injuries.
Police say charges are not anticipated.
