PALMERSTON – The Minto Farmers’ Market is hosting a Family Day event at the market on July 27.
In addition to the regular line up of vendors there will be activities for people of all ages at the Palmerston Railway Heritage Museum from 9am to 12pm.
Visitors are encouraged to grab breakfast at the Palmerston and Maitland Traditional Scouting Food Truck and enjoy refreshments on the picnic tables.
The Owl’s Nest Holistic Alternative School will be providing fun activities for kids.
Activities include colouring, little train and handcar rides pending the weather, and outdoor lawn games.
Prizes can be competed for in a trivia contest and all activities will be free.
Artist Meggi Faye will be singing at the market from 10am to 12pm.
