Erin Roots series continues into 2019

ERIN – The Erin Roots line-up continues into 2019. 

Monthly concerts began in the fall at the Busholme Inn in Erin village.

They feature the best singer/songwriter and roots/traditional performers that Southern Ontario has to offer.

Jan. 19 

Inspired by delta blues and southern gospel, Guelph’s Sam Turton has delivered heartfelt vocals and ringing slide guitar to stages and studios for over 40 years. 

Turton original, Right Here, included in the world-renowned Rise Again Songbook, celebrates his passion for bringing people together in song.

Feb. 16 

Graham Nicholas has created an emotionally resonant world inhabited by troubled and love hungry characters. Never alienated for their insecurities, his characters are instead respected by the empathetic voice of an honest songwriter.

Tannis Slimmon is a critically acclaimed Canadian musician who has been singing, songwriting, recording, and touring for over 30 years. She will be joined by Lewis Melville who is a Guelph multi-instrumentalist (guitars, banjo, pedal steel, bass, mandolin), composer, and producer.
