ELORA – Raymond Soucy recently retired as executive director of the Centre Wellington Community Foundation and on April 7, he stepped away from his role as chair of the Elora Cataract Trail Association after 16 years in that post. The trail association honoured Soucy at its annual general meeting on Sunday. And Nexans Canada Inc. announced it will donate $4,000 for upkeep of the trail.
