Elora and Fergus Tourism offers free event marketing workshop

As part of its bi-monthly tourism and culture stakeholders’ meetings and workshop series, Elora & Fergus Tourism are kicking off the Fall season with “Marketing Successful Events”.

Join   guest speaker Eric Goudie of the Fergus Grand Theatre as this month’s speaker.  Eric’s marketing information extends well beyond theatre, making this a must do  for   absolutely anyone involved with producing live events.

“Centre Wellington is bursting at the seams with festivals and events of all shapes and sizes.” says Deb Dalziel of Elora & Fergus Tourism.

“The aim of this workshop is to provide the start of an event marketing toolkit guaranteed to help. The location of this month’s workshop at the Fergus Grand Theatre is sure to inspire as well as motivate the creative juices.”

The Tourism and Culture workshops   occur bi-monthly and are a great opportunity to learn, ask questions, stay informed and network, don’t be shy-we look forward to seeing you.

The workshop takes place on Sept. 9 from 7-9pm.   Light refreshments will be served and admission is free.
