Tourism – Summer students in bright green “tourism” shirts will be out on the streets in Centre Wellington as well as at festivals and events serving as “agents of info.” Armed with maps and brochures, the students will be collecting statistics to determine where visitors are travelling from. Thanks to commitments from the federal and provincial governments and financial support from Centre Wellington, the Elora and Fergus Tourism Ambassador program will be available to enhance visitors’ experiences.
