ELMIRA – The Elmira Theatre Company is set to present The Birds and the Bees comedy performance starting Nov. 8.
Directed by Joe Brenner the performance follows a beekeeper named Gail living on a farm, when her divorcing daughter moves in with her.
Characters such as Earl, the gruff but loveable neighbour, and Ben, the young university student studying the bees, bring both chaos and love.
Officials say guests can expect an evening of full belly laughs and maybe some lessons on the birds and the bees.
The performance will be hosted at the Elmira Theatre at 60 Arthur Street South inside the St. James’ Church Hall.
The play is approximately 120 minutes long, with one intermission.
Performances will begin Nov. 8 at 7:30pm and continue until Nov. 17. Tickets are $25 each.
